Ajmer: Ajmer had considerable strategic importance and was sacked by Mohammed Gauri on one of his periodic forays from Afghanistan. Later, it became a favourite residence of the mighty Mughals. One of the first contacts between the Mughals and the British occurred in Ajmer when Sir Thomas Roe met with Jehangir in 1616. In 1818, it was handed over to the British, becoming one of the few places in Rajasthan controlled directly by the British rather than being part of a princely state. Some of the famous tourist places of Ajmer are Khawaja Muin-Uddin Chishti Dargah Sharif, Ana Sagar Lake, Adhai-Din-Ka-Jhopra, Taragarh Fort & Ancient Jain Temples.
Pushkar: There is a general belief among Hindus that no pilgrimage to the four principal pilgrim centres (Char Dham), namely - Badrinath, Jagannath, Rameshwaram & Dwarka, would bear fruit unless one bathes in the holy waters of Pushkar Lake. The World only Temple of Lord Brahma is situated at Holy Town Pushkar, just 15 Kms from Ajmer City. Pushkar town is surrounded by beautiful hills & dunes. 0730 Hours : Our driver will meet you at your place and start Ajmer & Pushkar Day Trip from Jaipur. Ajmer is just 130 kms / 2-3 hours drive from Jaipur.
1000 Hours : We directly reach Ajmer Dargah Sharif and after visiting ajmer dargah we visit Ana Sagar Lake, Adhai-Din-Ka-Jhopra, Taragarh Fort & Jain Temples of Ajmer.
1330 Hours : After completing ajmer sightseeing our driver will take you to Holy Town Pushkar which is just 15 Kms from Ajmer. In Pushkar first we take a stop for Lunch and then start city tour of Pushkar.
