Bhandasar Jain Temple Overview
Dedicated to the 5th Tirthankara, Lord Sumatinath, the Bhandasar Jain Temple is a 15th-century architectural marvel. Legend has it that 40,000 kilograms of Desi Ghee were used instead of water in its foundation, which supposedly seeps through the walls on hot days. The temple is renowned for its vibrant gold leaf paintings, ornate mirror work, and white marble floors, offering panoramic views of the Bikaner city from its top floor.
